Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for choosing Night to Dawn! Each of our products is made-to-order specifically for you, allowing us to offer unique designs and minimize waste. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos clearly showing the defect or damage

  • Your order number and contact details

Upon review, we will determine if the item qualifies for a replacement or refund. Please note that we may require the return of the defective item before processing an exchange or refund.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made, we can only accept order modifications or cancellations within the first 24 hours after purchase. After this time, your order will enter production and cannot be altered or canceled.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that do not have manufacturing defects or errors. Please ensure that all product specifications, such as size and color, are correct before placing your order.
